IgemRNA

IgemRNA - Launch the IgemRNA graphical user interface.

This script opens the main IgemRNA dialog from which the transcriptomics-based context-specific model creation and post-optimization analysis workflows are configured and run. It first declares the global state shared across the GUI callbacks and then opens the dialog window.
